Simply set it in the T-slot or U-slot of the press machine or molding machine bolster and connect the air. The roller type allows for precise positioning of molds and jigs in the forward and backward direction. *360-degree positioning flexibility: Ball air lifters are also available. ◎ Move with light force You can move items on the roller air lifter with about 1/50 of their weight (e.g., for a 1-ton item, it requires 10-20 kg of force). ◎ With air IN, the rollers rise and lift the mold, allowing for forward and backward movement and positioning. With air OFF, the rollers descend and secure the mold (the rollers descend under the weight of the mold). ◎ For workpieces and jigs as well In addition to molds, it can also be used for transporting and positioning workpieces and jigs. ◎ Abundant size variations For U-slots: Three sizes with groove widths of 26 mm, 33 mm, and 51 mm, lengths from 225 mm to 1058 mm, totaling 20 types.
